Pennant Parade for Christmas ~

 
Here is an idea using the Pennant Parade stamp set with the Pennant punch that would be a quick and easy Christmas card to get started on, . . . 'cause you know Christmas is just around the corner when school starts, don't ya?!?

 

I used lots of New goodies on this card, and by New I mean fun stuff that came out in the New Idea Book & Catalog in July. Here's what I used:

The New Pennant Parade stamp set

The New Petite Pennant Punch

The New Letters to Santa designer paper

The New In Color Polka Dot brads

The New Scallop Dots Ribbon

That's a whole lotta New, don't ya think?

I also used one of the new In Colors, Lucky Limeade, for the trees and the brad.

Mini Lunch Sacks make Great Christmas Treat Bags!

I am in love with the Mini Lunch Sacks that are in the Holiday Mini catalog!

I honestly hadn't used them until recently, but the top edge is scalloped and they are thicker than I thought they would be. Here is one that I designed for my team meeting last month.

I made the centerpiece by punching out 5 Scallop circles, folding 4 of them in quarters and using one for the base. The accent is Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding (Love it!), a Crumb Cake Big Button, and 1/2" card stock circle and then, to top it off, a Glimmer Brad.

I added the tag from Tags til Christmas with Linen Thread. Quick and pretty easy too. Especially if you have a ton of them to make in a short amount of time!

For my team meeting, I put out the assortment of Deck the Halls Big Buttons and Glimmer Birghts Brads and here are some of the bags they made.

 

 

My Bitty Box of Tags

I just love this Bitty box, it may be tiny, but it's so much fun too!

I made this box to hold tags made with the Tags til Christmas stamp set in the Holiday Mini which is also part of the 20% off special this month.

I used Cherry Cobbler for the box and the Deck the Halls Designer Paper for the 'poinsettia' (actually the 5 petal flower punch) and the top of the box. I added a bit of the Victoria Crochet Trim and a Glimmer Brad to finish it off.

Easy Elegance Christmas card

This Christmas card is elegant, but also quick and easy. If you're like me and have to send out nearly 100 cards and still keep up with the shopping and entertaining, this card might be just right for you.

I used Cherry Cobbler as my base and put it through my Big Shot with the Petals a Plenty Impressions Folder. I stamped the words with Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla and used the Decorative Label punch from the Holiday Mini. I also punched a piece of  Brushed Gold card stock, cut it in half and mounted it on the back of the word piece to make it pop.

Wrap some Clear Tinsel Trim ( in the Holiday Mini) around the base and mount your word piece with Stampin' Dimensionals.

When you are done, spray it with the Gold Glow Smooch Spritz to make it shine!

Impressed Dasher card

Here is another of my Impressions Card class ideas.

For this card, I used Bashful Blue card stock and my Northern Flurry Impressions Folder from the Holiday Mini with my Big Shot for the background.

After putting it through the Big Shot, I laid it on the table and gently wiped my Whisper White Craft pad across the snowflakes to make them pop.

Add your tag using the Modern Label punch and Teeny Tiny Wishes set, tie it on with Linen Thread, stamp Dasher in the corner and you're done!    Quick and easy!
